Why did my dairy items not arrive with my order?

All dairy items are pre-order only, unless specified otherwise, so you will receive two deliveries unless you let us know in the notes section that you'd prefer all items delivered together. 

My order is over $100. Why was I charged a shipping fee? 

You will be charged a delivery fee if you have a combination of 'pre-order' and 'available now' items in your cart. This is because your order will not arrive together, and you will receive two deliveries.

If you place another order for delivery on the same day over $100, the delivery fee will be credited back to your account.  

Alternatively, you can place an order and then contact us requesting to have your entire order delivered together. You can specify this in the notes section before checking out.

Doing this, will mean the pre-order delivery fee will be reimbursed back to your customer account by way of store credit. 

Can I pick up my order?

You can. Please select 'pick up' at checkout. Please note, Click & Collect orders must exceed the minimum order value of $75.00

Can I edit or add on to my order?

Absolutely.  You will receive the following message after your order has been confirmed. Simply click 'Edit My Order'.  Alternatively, you can edit or add to your order by clicking on your customer account page and clicking on order history.   

What areas do you deliver to?

Free delivery is available to all suburbs in Greater Sydney, The Northern Beaches, Hornsby Shire Council, Forest District, Wollongong and Central Coast  Monday through to Saturday for orders over $75 minimum purchase. Excludes pre-order items.

What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?

At work or out running errands? No problem, your order will be there waiting for you when you arrive back. All goods will be securely packed and any products that may spoil will be placed in an insulated bag with an ice pack. 

Some items, such as dairy and wild fish products, can only be delivered if you will be home on the day of your delivery. 

What if I live in an apartment block?

If we cannot gain access to your front door then your order will be left at the main entry. If you're not home, why not ask a trusty neighbour to bring it in?

Are your products certified organic?

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on quality organic produce. All fresh produce is certified organic and many of our grocery items are too.

We only stock products approved by our Clean Grocery Experts. If we don't give an item a tick of approval, we won't stock it.

Can I request a delivery time?

Unfortunately, you cannot select a specific time for your delivery to be made, however, rest assured that all orders placed before 8pm will be delivered the next business day. 

What is your returns policy? 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products. If an item was missing from your order but still on your invoice, or damaged during transport, you can request a refund by emailing us at orders@theoriginalorganic.com.au.

Please read all product descriptions carefully. We do not offer refunds if you misread a product description. 

Items advertised in our set boxes are not permanent and vary each week according to seasonal availability (unless otherwise stipulated) as per the product descriptions. We cannot offer any refunds on this basis.
